Mrs. Mildred M. Jordan

Dear Mrs. Jordan
I am contemplating naming Building 43 at Williams Air Force Base, Arizona after
your late son, Second Lieutenant Lloyd Herbert Hughes. The building, which houses
the 3525th Pilot Training Squadron, will be known as Hughes Hall. This squadron
is responsible for the primary flying training of all undergraduate pilot training
students undergoing training here at Williams.
Will you please advise me if this proposal meets with your approval.
Sincerely
