Communication ProblemsI called Cook-Walden Capital Parks Cemetery and Mausoleum funeral home in January 2009 and asked, "What is the address for the Cook-Walden Memorial Hill Cemetery?" She answered, "There is no address because no mail is delivered there." OK. "Well, if I was going to tell someone how to get there, what would be the address?" She answered, "There is no address because no mail is delivered there." Hmmm. I have got to ask the right question. "OK. How do I tell someone where the cemetery is located?"
