Tommy TODD was born 1887 in Alabama to Albinus Madden TODD and Jane WEAVER Todd. At the time of the 1900 US Census of Angelina County, Texas, "Tommie TODD" was living with his parents and eleven siblings and step-siblings. it is unknown when he died, but he was buried in the Bodan Cemetery, Pollok, Angelina County, Texas.
