On 5 Jun 1917 in Lufkin, Angelina County, Texas, "Benjamin Ross JORDAN" signed his World War I Draft Registration Card stating that he was born in the United States on 26 Nov 1887 and that he lived in Wells, Texas. He was a farmer near Pollok, Texas. He had a wife and three children. He was short and slender with blue eyes and sandy hair.
