Thomas CHANCEY was born on 15 Oct 1844 in Alabama to King Solomon CHANCEY and Martha Margaret HOLLAND Chancey.

At the time of the 1850 US Census of Early County, Georgia, "Thomas CHANCEY" was living with his parents and seven siblings.

At the time of the 1870 US Census of Angelina County, Texas, "Thomas CHANCEY" was living with Elizabeth Chancey and Ida CHANCEY.

Thomas CHANCEY married Mary Elizabeth Chancey.

Thomas CHANCEY died on 22 Jul 1914 in Texas and was buried beside his wife in the Bodan Cemetery, Pollok, Angelina County, Texas.
